You're developing a Python script that takes a dictionary and makes the following operations: it adds the key-value pairs into the dictionary if they are not already present, but removes those keys which have already been set. Finally, it checks whether the value of a certain key is in another key in our dictionary to decide what to do with it (in this case "color") and if yes, you remove the previous entry for that key from the data and add new one using the given value as an argument.
