Years/months ago, I've been having trouble with my project where I need a python program to generate new content for a webpage. I want you to design and build a custom Cursor Pack. It should have at least 10 different cursors from Uzbekistan that are unique and funky, in the form of a blog post. The cursor must be able to function on web browsers through Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge extensions, as well as Windows 10/11 operating system. Additionally , it needs to have an additional downloadable image file with each cursors' designs for further customization and optimization purposes.
