Barboskins is a Russian animated series about a family of five dog siblings, and its structure is closer to a sitcom than most children's cartoons. Each episode is a small domestic conflict, resolved imperfectly, usually because someone's plan involved lying.

The siblings are strongly differentiated: the athlete, the bookworm, the fashion-conscious one, the little brother who copies everyone, and the baby. It's the same shorthand large-family shows always use, and it works because the writing lets them be genuinely annoyed with each other.

The parents are notable for being mostly absent from the plots, which gives the children room to cause and then have to fix their own problems. That's a more honest depiction of siblinghood than a lot of gentler series manage.
