Molang began as a South Korean sticker set and became an animated series watched all over the world, which is impressive for a character with no dialogue and almost no facial detail. He's a large white rabbit shaped roughly like a marshmallow. That's the design.
His friend Piu Piu is a small yellow chick, and the entire show is the two of them doing ordinary things together - cooking, travelling, failing at hobbies. There are no antagonists and no stakes. Nothing bad happens to anyone, ever.
That restraint is the point. The humour is all physical and all gentle, and because neither character speaks, the series works identically in every country it airs in. It's one of the purest examples of design doing the storytelling.
The colour palette helps too: soft cream, pastel yellow, and a lot of white space, which makes the characters read clearly at any size.
This collection covers Molang and Piu Piu in various small situations. If you want a desktop that lowers your blood pressure slightly, this is it.
